CAD DRAFTING AND CAD CONVERSION

Digitise IT creates CAD drawings from conceptual sketches or scans of paper drawings or microfilm based legacy drawings.

Our conversion and drafting process involves either 1. Drafting by tracing 2. Drafting by redrawing 3. Drafting with external referencing All work is done as per customer requirements to ensure the creation of accurate CAD drawings, as per defined specifications of scale, dimensions, dimensions styles, font styles, layers, symbols, etc.

COMPILATION OF CONSTRUCTION SET DRAWINGS (WORKING DRAWINGS)

Digitise IT specializes in the compilation of construction (working drawings) drawings –sections and detail drawings, Interior layout drawings and MEP drawings for Architectural projects.

MAP DIGITIZATION

Digitise IT offers conversion services of paper maps – Cadastral maps, Topo sheets, Utility and Urban Infrastructure Planning maps to CAD format. 

• Digitization of roads and parcels from satellite images
• Capture of parcels and buildings from rural and urban area paper maps
• Digitization (identification and segregation) of underground utilities and related equipment

CREATION OF HYBRID DRAWINGS

As a cost effective solution, Digitise IT offers its customers creation of Hybrid drawings as a service. Hybrid CAD files are a combination of raster and vector entities - the scans of the old infrastructure can remain in raster format and the new infrastructure or edited portions can be reflected in these CAD drawings in vector format.

• Creation of Page layouts for as-built architectural drawings for various units in the building. This is specifically required in residential or commercial complexes with multiple units. Each residence/ unit holder can be provided with the CAD files or printed drawings for various facilities – Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc., relating to their units.
• Creation of dwf/ pdf files for large batch of drawings, for printing purposes or for ease of viewing for non CAD enabled users.

We also create floor plan posters illustrating evacuation routes detailing symbols for - You are here signs, Exit routes, position of fire extinguishers, fire alarms, sprinklers, hose pipes, etc., for work places, Industries, Hotels, hospitals, housing complexes and shopping Malls.

MARKUPS AND REDLINES

During the construction of any complex, the design team may make changes in the drawings at site. Digitise IT can help in updating these redlines/ markups with a quick turn around time, to provide the design team and construction team with up-to-date drawings during the construction process.
